If you have a pet or livestock emergency, please phone us on 4693 2233.

If your pet needs urgent care during our opening hours, our team can provide advice over the phone and prepare for your arrival where appropriate.

If you contact us after hours, your call will be answered by a vet nurse triage service. The nurse will talk to you about your pet’s symptoms, offer immediate advice and help guide you to the most appropriate after-hours emergency clinic, such as REDVets Toowoomba or another nearby veterinary hospital if further care is required.

This service ensure you can still access professional support and guidance for your pet when our clinic is closed.
